Responsibilities & Context

Responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions.
Follow up the data accuracy of job creation, SMV update in sewing.
Design layout of equipment and work space to get maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production schedules to meet shipment dates and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
Daily supervise the raw material status and ensure the incoming of raw materials for the next day to continue the next day’s production properly.
Make sure Job Wise Sewing Material Issuance – Zipper, Thread, Label and other sewing accessories as per Requirement.* All material should be issued as move order as per actual sewing production.
Case study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational break down to production staff.
To make daily production report with all required data & enlighten senior production people about updated production plan.
Maintaining individual operator performance and motivating operators’ performing below the standard. For Welfare :
Ensure training & development process
Counsel the workers on the following issues: Company rules, regulations, policies.
To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
To counsel workers on disciplinary issues.
To counsel workers on safety health & hygiene issues.
To make them aware in relation to their reports & privilege, employment rules, terms & conditions.
To make them aware on productivity consciousness.
To maintain corresponding data Records/Log/ Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date
