- Professional certifications in AI, ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, or related areas will be considered an added advantage.

Job Context
The Bank is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) professional to lead its AI Unit. The position requires expertise in AI, deep learning, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), chatbots, robotics, and related fields to drive innovation, improve business outcomes, and ensure responsible deployment of AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI development projects, including design and implementation of machine learning models, deployment of AI solutions, and providing technical leadership.
- Establish policies, processes, and governance mechanisms to ensure AI systems are deployed responsibly, safely, and ethically.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that create significant business impact.
- Analyze, explain, and evaluate AI/ML solutions while upholding the highest ethical standards.
- Collaborate on functional design, process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
- Document solutions architecture and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market and competitor assessments of AI and automation trends.
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, enabling product and performance enhancements through feedback and innovation.
