Responsibilities & Context
INNA Agrotech Limited is a concern of Nabil Group of Industries is looking for some dynamic individuals to lead its sales force. The incumbent will be responsible for Sales and marketing of Tissue Cultured Plant, Shade Net, Insect Net, UV Poly, Poly House Materials etc. with the following job Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the sales operation of the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets given by the management and ensure continuous sales growth.
- Collect regular market feedback with the objectives to remain updated about the territory.
- Keep up-to-date information of competitor’s products and ensure fair communication from customers to management and vice versa.
- Arrange meeting/seminar with Farmers/Vendors and Give them necessary technical support.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly Sales report as per demand of the Management
- Dissolve all sales related issues by coordinating with the respective people as and when required.
- Any other assignments given by the management time to time
