Job Description / Responsibility

Developing and implementing effective sales strategies of the Product Line (Manpower, Logistic & Distribution setup).
Identifying the business opportunity of the product line.
Building causal relationships with the key business collaborates (Distributors & Retailers).
Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning (Monthly & Yearly).
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies.
Building a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, guidance and product-knowledge education.
Monitoring sales performance of the product line.
Continuously monitor and track sales performance.
Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors. Evaluate new market opportunity.
Monitor risk, customer and recovery.
Preparing yearly business plan.
