Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company target within the assigned area
• National & Local Distributor Management & ROI calculation.
• Meet & exceed sales target by effectively managing the sales team and monitoring their performance
• Managing all operations in Bangladesh including target, sales, profit, revenue, marketing, distribution & after sales service
• Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement in retail operations
• Product pricing as well as monthly & yearly policy making
• Release PO, LC and making plan about shipment
• Create new business plan & growth plan in line with the policies of the management and as per current & future market trend
• Sales & Marketing
