Job Summary:

  • The National Sales Manager at Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals will be responsible for driving sales strategies that target the medical and pharmaceutical market, specifically focusing on healthcare professionals and practitioners. The role involves developing and implementing tactical sales plans, building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, and medical practitioners, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in alignment with the company’s objectives. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record in medical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Physician Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of physicians
  • Encourage physicians to prescribe Bio-Xin cosmeceutical aesthetic products to their patients.
  • Promote Bio-Xin treatment services at nearby branch hubs for aesthetic treatments.

B2B Sales and Product Channeling:

  • Establish and manage B2B partnerships within the medical industry.
  • Demonstrate the functionality and utility of Bio-Xin’s latest aesthetic medical equipment to physicians, aligning with their professional needs.
  • Ensure product availability at key pharmacies and drug stores:

Educational & Training Initiatives:

  • Act as a lecturer and speaker at seminars and symposiums attended by physicians, pharmacists, and druggists.
  • Educate medical professionals on Bio-Xin’s branded products and the benefits of aesthetic treatments.

Distributor Management:

  • Identify and appoint qualified distributors with a positive reputation and ability to distribute Bio-Xin products effectively.
  • Ensure effective coordination between distributors and pharmacies to maintain product availability.

Sales Plan Execution :

  • Prepare and implement a strategic sales plan focused on achieving company goals.
  • Monitor and report sales performance, regularly adjusting the strategy to meet targets.

Team Leadership :

  • Supervise, train, and mentor the Medical Delegate Officers and other departmental staff.
  • Conduct regular field visits with the team to understand market dynamics and strengthen relationships with clients.

Market Intelligence :

  • Conduct regular market visits to stay updated on trends and opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze data on market conditions and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

KPIs and Performance Metrics:

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets (EPS) in the medical & medicine practitioner market.
  • Growth in market share among target drug store, medical institutions and healthcare providers.
  • Expansion of the network of KOLS and healthcare professionals endorsing Bio-Xin’s products
  • Sales team performance, including training effectiveness, lead generation, and sales conversions.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates among medical practitioners and institutions.
