Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and goal-oriented National Sales Manager to oversee our consumer goods sector. This position necessitates a strategic perspective, good people management abilities, and a proven ability to generate sales growth and fulfill revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in growing our distribution network, managing key customer relationships, and implementing effective sales methods.
Corporate Office: Suite # M10, Gulfesha Plaza (Agora Building), 8 Shahid Sangbadik Selina Parveen Sarak, Moghbazar, Ramna, Dhaka-1217.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for consumer goods.

Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, expand our distribution network, and establish partnerships to increase market reach.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and maximize performance.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.

Reporting & Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities and product launches.
