Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 years

• The candidate must have 5-7 years of experience in the relevant position, along with a subordinate team.
• Additionally, they must be capable of recruiting at least 5-10 ASMs (Area Sales Managers) immediately upon joining and be able to appoint a minimum of 5-10 distributors within 1 to 15 working days.
• This is because our Company Ltd. believes in action, not just words.
• Our products include electric items and engine oil

Responsibilities & Context

• Monitoring, supervising & training sales force in respective territory.
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Monitoring competitor’s activities & reporting accordingly.
• Ensuring promotional activities executed accordingly.
• Ensuring Product availability and visibility.
• Regular searching and development new market.
