Job Context
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic National Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. This role requires a strong focus on strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
