Responsibilities & Context

1. Point-of-Sale (POS) System Development & Maintenance

a. Design, develop, and maintain Point-of-Sale applications using the .NET Framework.

b. Implement core POS functionalities, including:

• Transaction Management – Processing and managing sales transactions.

• Payment Processing – Integrating various payment methods (e.g., credit cards, mobile payments).
• Inventory Control – Tracking stock levels, and product management.
• Reporting – Generating sales, financial, and operational reports.

c. Integrate POS systems with third-party applications such as:

• Payment gateways.
• Inventory management systems.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

2. HR & Payroll System Development

a. Design, develop, and maintain custom HR software solutions, including:

• Employee records management.
• Leave tracking and attendance systems.
• Performance management modules.

b. Enhance and customize existing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure seamless integration with payroll and other HR tools.

c. Design, develop, and maintain Payroll Systems, ensuring accurate salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits processing.

3. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Application Development

a. Design, develop, and maintain Request for Quotation (RFQ) applications using the .NET Framework.

b. Implement and manage API connections for seamless interaction with external services and hardware devices.

4. Database Management (Oracle)

a. Develop and manage Oracle Databases for storing transactions, customer data, and HR/payroll records.

b. Optimize database queries for performance and ensure data integrity and security.

5. Front-End Development & User Experience

a. Work on front-end interfaces to ensure:

• Ease of use for end-users.
• Responsiveness across various devices.
• Efficient navigation to improve user experience.
