Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Fortinet NSE are highly desirable.

Experience

• At least 8 years

  Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service

Experience

• Preferred 10+ years of proven experience in network administration, ideally in banking, financial institutions, or data center environments.

Technical Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, and switching
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG)
• Strong Command over firewall and intrusion prevention system (FortiGate, CISCO, Palo Alto, etc)

Security Compliance & Documentation

• Understanding of ISO 27001, ITIL, DR/BCP standards and internal audit readiness
• Ability to prepare and maintain documentation on network configurations and policies

CCTV & Surveillance Infrastructure

• Hands-on experience in managing CCTV systems, video storage, and retrieval processes in line with compliance policies

Environment Monitoring

• Knowledge of systems monitoring data center temperature, humidity, smoke detection, and water leakage alert systems

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and incident-handling, capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations
• Good coordination skills with vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders

Work Hours & Availability

• Willingness to be avabilable during off-hours for critical issues or maintenance

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage network (LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching) to ensure stable, secure, and uninterrupted connectivity.
• Maintain CCTV surveillance systems, recording validation, storage capacity, and evidence retrieval as per policy.
• Implement and maintain network monitoring tools to proactively detect connectivity issues, bandwidth bottlenecks, and abnormal traffic patterns.
• Operate and oversee environment monitoring systems (e.g., data center temperature, humidity, smoke/water leakage detectors), ensuring alerts and preventive action for physical infrastructure risks.
• Documentation of network architecture, device configurations, and surveillance infrastructure; Perform periodic health checks and ensure compliance with internal security and DR standards.
