Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing & Information System, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a relevant field from a reputed university. Diploma holders with strong networking experience are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network/system administration or a related field.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, FTTX, VPNs, Wireless Networking.
- Proficiency in MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper network devices. Hands-on experience in firewall, routing, switching, and network security.
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux Administration, and Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with Nagios, Orion, Cacti, and other network monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of network cabling, fiber optics, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Ability to configure and manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Mail Servers.
- Understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

Responsibilities & Context
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Manage and support Layer 2 and Layer 3 network infrastructure (including VLAN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and Spanning Tree).
- Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity, performance optimization, and security implementation.
- Monitor network infrastructure using network monitoring tools like Nagios, Orion, and Cacti.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues related to networking.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks.
- Perform system administration tasks including installation, updates, security patches, and backup management.
- Maintain and manage Microsoft Windows/Linux-based servers.
- Configure and troubleshoot virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Ensure IT security, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention strategies.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT systems.
