- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP.
- Handling Customer Complain & Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Working experience on GPON/EPON, CISCO, Mikrotik routing knowledge.
- Sound knowledge on Transmission network and FTTX technology.
- Basic understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments.
- Advance IP networking knowledge.
- Good communication skill and team work.
- Knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure, Router, switch)
- Have sound knowledge of all kinds of Optical Fiber related task.
- Must have a good understanding of the technologies and standards.
- Excellent customer presentation and service skills.
- Ability to translate highly technical information to end user customers and staff.
- Participate rotation schedule for nights and weekends
- Skills & Expertise: IIG, ISP Operations ISP related work
