- Must have sound knowledge of TCP / IP, Sub-netting, Mail Server, FTP, MRTG, OLT, ONU.
- Understand user technical requirements & network problems.
- Switch & Router configure.
- Structured network cabling.
- Administration and maintenance of Mikrotik knowledge must.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- 24 x 7 on call support
Responsibilities & Context
- Having practical knowledge to install and configure networking router (MIKROTIK), switches (CISCO, BDCOM), OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA), and wireless devices is a must be.
- Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, inter VLAN routing.
- Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
- Attending customers complains and queries through phone calls, emails, or other means.
- Have sound knowledge of TCP / IP, Sub-netting, Mail Server, FTP, MRTG, OLT, ONU.
