Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Hospital, Hotel, Hostel

Must have practical experience in purchasing perishable goods (e.g., vegetables, meat, dairy, etc.), Electrical, Stationary, Construction Items directly from markets.
Frequent on-site market visits (2–3 times daily) are mandatory for procurement operations.
Strong knowledge of product quality, quantity verification, price comparison, and vendor sourcing.
Ability to evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
Responsibilities & Context
Plan, organize, and execute all procurement activities in alignment with company policies.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify best pricing and quality sources.
Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services to all departments.
Verify product specifications, quantities, and quality before approval.
Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases, and price comparisons.
Coordinate with accounts and operations for smooth invoice and payment processes.
Support management in budgeting, inventory control, and procurement planning.
Conduct daily on-site market purchases for perishable goods.
Ensure best quality and price through direct market negotiation and inspection.
