Familiarity with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.).
Good understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms, posting mechanics, and community interaction.
Creative mindset with strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Freshers with proven skills and a strong portfolio are highly encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities & Context
About Us:
Next Group BD manages multiple dynamic ventures including miniOrs (E-commerce), Versity Visa (Global Education Consultancy), and RMG Talks (Industry Media Platform). We are looking for a creative, energetic, and multi-skilled Digital Creator to manage overall social media operations, content creation, and community engagement across all our channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Post Management: Create, design, and schedule engaging posts and graphics across all official pages and channels of Next Group BD and its sister concerns.
Reels & Video Production: Conceptualize, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to boost brand visibility and audience reach.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and manage post comments, messages, and audience queries across all brand pages with a prompt and professional approach.
Cross-Brand Support: Provide comprehensive digital, creative, and posting support to miniOrs, Versity Visa, and RMG Talks simultaneously.
Poster & Visual Design: Design eye-catching promotional posters, campaign banners, and digital creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
