Position Details

• Position: NGO Program Officer
• Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing actionable recommendations.
• Build and nurture partnerships with stakeholders and communities.
• Oversee resource and budget management efficiently.
• Develop comprehensive reports and funding proposals.
• Collaborate with remote teams using digital platforms like Zoom and Slack.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in program management, particularly within NGOs.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management, M&E frameworks, and digital tools.
• Language: Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous).

What We’re Looking For

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Social Sciences, International Development, or related fields.

💼 3+ years of program management experience, preferably in NGOs.
