Responsibilities & Context
Faith in Action is a national non-governmental organization (NGO) that operates in over 10 districts in Bangladesh. Our primary focus is on climate change and integrated, sustainable, and transformative community development. We specifically target the most vulnerable communities, including climate victims, trafficking survivors, women at risk of trafficking, children, adolescents, youth, and persons with disabilities. We recently received a five-year project in Gabura Union, Shyamnagar Upazila, Satkhira district. The project aims to enhance food security and promote sustainable livelihoods for a climate-resilient community (CRC) to promote food security and sustainable livelihood. To achieve our project goals and objectives, Faith in Action is seeking a Night Guard/Security Guard. The position is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Location: Gabura Union, Shyamnagar Upazila, Satkhira District
Probation Period: As per organizational policy
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure security of the office equipment/assets at night and or assigned.
- Inform if there is any security threats
- Abide by the organizational policy and procedure maintaining confidentiality.
- Build the community’s capacity for sustainable and transformative community development.
