Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor company’s Facebook page, inbox, and comment section during night hours.
- Reply to customer messages and comments professionally and promptly.
- Maintain brand tone and ensure positive engagement with users.
- Forward complex customer issues to the proper department for resolution.
- Hide or report inappropriate or spam comments as per company guidelines.
- Assist in managing page posts and product updates if required.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer inquiries and feedback.
- Report daily activity to team lead or manager.
