Requirements

Education

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Qualified Accountant (CA/CMA/ACCA). May be relaxed for candidate having exposure in commercial vehicle industry.

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Proven working experience in a Group of Companies.
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
Practical knowledge on IFSR, and corporate finance.
Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments.

Responsibilities & Context

Lead preparation of annual financial statements according to statutory requirements.
Prepare and present monthly management accounts with commentary on results.
Liaise with statutory auditor. Complete audit within stipulated time
Liaise with divisional Accounts Head for monthly MIS
Works closely with IT Dept. for automation of key business processes
Oversee payables and ensure vendor payments are cleared within timeline.
Oversee monthly Bank Reconciliations
Review VAT Monthly Return
Monitor Daily Cashflow and arrange fund accordingly.
Conduct financial feasibility to appraise investment decision
Develop and Up-to-date SOP of Key Business Processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to align reporting with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
