Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and holistic therapies.
Conduct initial consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and concerns.
Offer expert advice on skincare regimes and products tailored to individual client needs.
Manage client bookings and maintain treatment records for repeat visits.
Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-up care with professionalism.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment.
Follow all health and safety protocols, including sanitizing tools, equipment, and work areas after each client.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide product recommendations to clients for home care routines, promoting relevant skincare products.
