Responsibilities & Context

Aware and understand the nursing policies and procedures of the medical and ensure that they are adhered to.
Ensure that nursing care plans are written and up to date.
Cooperate with doctors Give first Aid to Patients.
Monthly medicine statement & requisition Medicine.
Care, observation & Take necessaries treatment for ill Patients.
Floor monitoring and first aid box check accordingly.
Injury analyses with root cause & investigation format maintain.
Other works as advice by welfare in charge/Compliance In charge, Doctor & Admin.
