To ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all employees by providing first aid, primary medical care, health counseling, and maintaining medical records in compliance with labor law and company policies.

Responsibilities & Context

Provide First Aid or Primary Treatment to all employees.
Provide necessary medical and health related information to the employees.
Taking immediate action in case of any medical emergencies.
Comfortable with patient counseling and guiding about treatment preparations.
Keep everything clean in workable condition of all the Medicines, Instruments and all other accessories.
Assisting doctors in medical procedures and daily healthcare tasks.
Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid treatment to employees in case of illness, accidents, or emergencies.
Refer serious cases to hospitals/clinics as per company protocol.
Maintain updated employee health records and medical register as per law.
Record and report all incidents of sickness, accidents, or injuries.
Educate workers on personal hygiene, sanitation, occupational health, and safety practices.
Conduct awareness sessions on women’s health, maternal care, nutrition, and ergonomics.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act and EPZ regulations regarding worker health facilities.
Maintain stock of medicines, first aid supplies, and medical equipment.
Assist in compliance audits (buyer audits, social compliance, health & safety inspections).
Coordinate with HR/Admin for sick leave certification and health-related employee issues.
