Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Graduation from a public university is preferred. Highly experienced candidates may be considered.
Experience
3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Paint
Additional Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Steel industries work experience preferable & Dhaka area.
Responsibilities & Context
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Identify and target new customers and business opportunities within the deformed bar/rod manufacturing sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.
Perform any other duties assigned by higher management.
