- Age 22 to 28 years
- Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operating system.
- Plan and setup the Internet connectivity dealing with ISP.
- Diagnosing and resolving faults of electrical & electronic device.
- PABX System Maintenance.
- Basic knowledge in ERP System.
- Knowledge of network device Splicing, OTDR Test & Operation, Power Meter Operation etc.
Responsibilities & Context
- The job location will be in Rajendrapur, Gazipur
- Knowledge in SAP will add significant value.
- Installing, configuring & maintaining computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Outlook Configure & Maintenance etc.
- Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Client system in Windows XP/SP2/7/8.1/10.
- CCTV and IP cameras are used to establish and maintain DVR systems in large factory areas.
- Prepare, Install, Configure & Set up, and also provide extensive support to Mikrotik, Switch, PC, Laptop, UPS, and Printer-related Hardware and software issues instantly.
- Should be able to represent information with graphs, charts, pareto diagrams, Pivot tables & Dashboards, etc.
- Ensure and monitor MIS data entry of production processes and other functions.
- Any other Job as when assigned by the management.
