Responsibilities & Context

Skills:

  • Excellent writing skills in Bangla will be prioritized.

Administrative Support:

1. Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

2. Manage and organize files, records, and databases.

Office Management:

1. Ensure the office is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.

Scheduling and coordination:

1. Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

2. Manage calendars and schedules for executives or team members.

3. Plan and organize office events, meetings, and conferences.

Communication:

1. Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.

2. Distribute information and updates to relevant parties.

3. Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and emails.

Financial Administration:

1. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.

2. Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

3. Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation.

Human Resources Support:

1. Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

2. Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and managing applicant communications.

Technology Management:

1. Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment and IT systems.

2. Coordinate with IT support for technical issues and software updates.

Project Assistance:

1. Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.

2. Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

3. Assist with research, data collection, and analysis as needed.
