Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, HSC in Management Studies/Science

Experience

• 2 to 5 years

  Training Institutes, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience as IT technician and servicing related work.

• Support end-users in resolving technical challenges and providing training where necessary.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician to join our Technical Support Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the proper functioning of our organization’s IT infrastructure.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices including printers, scanners, and network devices.

• Must have experience taking basic computer course classes.

• Good knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power point, Internet, type Bangla & English etc.

• Must have a mindset for full-time work.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
