Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordination: Office executives schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and organize office supplies and equipment.
(MAJOR) Client Communication: To interact with clients and stakeholders.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Backup Receptionist: To serve as the primary backup for the receptionist during lunches, vacations, and sick days.
Office Operations: Organize office procedures, manage facilities, and handle general office needs.
Event Coordination: Office executives act as concierges, setting up meetings and events, including catering, logistics, and AV needs.
Travel Arrangements: They schedule appointments and arrange travel for executives.
