Responsibilities & Context
- Customer call management
- Customer acquisition
- Paper receiving and sharing: HR and Higher study
- Ensure customers’ agreement paper and video recording (Authorized by Sultan bhai and Shuhash)
- Communications with SNE (Report to Sultan bhai and Shuhash)
- Communication with respective head of the Department as required
- Management and communication for customer flight
- Sharing customers agreement and video within 12 hours
- Language course enrolment and manual payment process (person without card access)
- Invoice management: Manual payment process documentation for HR and Higher Study clients
- Payroll and Office expenditure management.
- 40% sales call.
