Education

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Event Management, Hotel, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Resort, Tour Operator, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Managing executive calendars, booking travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Communication: Handling incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, screening and directing calls, and relaying urgent messages.
  •  Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate and organized records, including filing systems, correspondence, and reports.
  • Data Entry:Assisting with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and maintaining data integrity.
  •  Office Management:Organizing office supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and handling basic administrative tasks.
  • Event Coordination:Coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and event planning.
  • Vendor and Client Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Financial Tasks: Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as managing invoices, paying bills, and tracking expenses.
  • Other Important Duties:
  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving administrative issues, such as technology problems or communication errors.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, protecting company data and records.
