Responsibilities & Context

• Deal with Visa related inquiries from clients.
• Create listing of related agencies, client, b2b partner & message & mail to them regularly Capable of handling customer queries/complaints instantly. Must be well-mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers..
• Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing feedback & reviews.
• Maintain a database of customers, schedule follow-ups, and ensure proper after-sales support.
• Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must have the ability to work in a Telemarketing environment: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.as well as making strategies to take new services.
• Visa Processing Executive:
• Experience 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)
• Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup
• Responsibilities & Context
• Stay updated on visa requirements for specified Asian countries as well as the USA, Canada, Schengen area, New Zealand, UK, Japan, South Korea, and Australia.
• Focus on sales revenue & profit while providing the best possible service for clients. Implement quality control measures to minimize visa rejections and delays.
• Provide comprehensive information to clients about visa procedures and implications.
• Collect the required visa documents as per checklist and prepare the file for online and in-person submission to embassies.
• Prepare and submit online visa applications without any mistakes.
• Generate performance reports for visa applications to monitor and improve service quality
