Job Context:

A Reputed Group of Companies is seeking qualified candidate to join this team in the role of “Office Manager”.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working Patterns: The Office Manager is committed to managing office services, overseeing general office operation and maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment and assisting to the HR department.
  • Type of Position: Full-time, Permanent
  • Office Manager is reporting to the HR Department. During the period of duty, he will be under the direct control of the HR Department. He whilst on duty is subject at all times to the Rules and Regulations of the Company.
  • While on duty, Office Manager is specifically responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Overseeing general office operation.
  • Ensuring devotion to company policies by all team members.
  • Maintain adequate safety and security of the offices and office assets by taking effective measures.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping & cleanliness of the overall facilities.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled and filing systems are planned.
  • Maintain liaison with the local police station, fire service office and other necessary utility service providers when any emergency arises internally or externally.
  • Managing internal staff relations
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
  • Any others task assigned by the management
