Responsibilities & Context

  • Front Desk Management, Appointment, and Meeting Coordination.
  • Administrative Support, Customer Service, Communication Hub.
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (Task arrangements, schedules etc.)
