Education
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Diploma in Architecture
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
- Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,BRAC University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,American International University Bangladesh,Daffodil International University students will get preference
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 34 years
- Able to make BOQ, Site Cost & Bill Process of Project.
- Fresh knowledge about AutoCAD 2D & 3D” or “Professional AutoCAD Master course (Architectural).
- Must have great skills in Mailing Communication, Microsoft Office and others Software Knowledge.
- Experience in good communication skills with corporate clients.
- Monitor and record keeping day to day office operation.
- Preparing note, drafting and emailing would be daily part of the job.
Responsibilities & Context
- Make BOQ of New Project, Maintain Daily Different Site Cost ( Material, Wages & Others ) and also have to make All Bill Process of Complete Projects.
- Update with clients about different site work by E-mail & if require verbal communication.
- For new project sometimes visit site and make AutoCAD 2D or 3D.
