Responsibilities & Context
Office Time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage routine office tasks, including filing, correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter, update, and manage data using MS Office and other digital tools.
- Communication Handling: Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation required by the department.

- Festival Bonus: 2
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of BDT 15,000 during the six-month probation period. Upon successful completion of the probation, the salary will be increased to BDT 18,000 per month. Employees are entitled to two festival bonuses per year, each equivalent to one month of basic salary. The basic salary constitutes 50% of the total monthly salary. Please note that bonuses are not applicable during the probationary period, which spans six months from the date of joining.
