Responsibilities & Context
- Production Process Audit & Management Data Analysis.
- Daily Delivery Check, Local Purchase & Purchase Verifications.
- Checking & Verification of bills, vouchers and others supporting documents.
- Maintain & prepare all kinds of financial Book.
- Maintain & preparing cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger, different register and prepare Trail Balance.
- Preparing, Maintaining & Entering bank related transactions and reconciliation.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries and other accounting documents.
- Follow up existing bank service charges/interest/profit etc.
- Maintain fixed assets register and prepare schedule.
- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple problems.
- Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure the same is posted before month-end.
- Receiving requisitions and IOU and follow required process for processing.
- All other duties as and when assigned by the management.
