Responsibilities & Context
- To maintain company account efficiently and independently.·
- To visit bank for accounting job.
- To handle the desk job efficiently· Sufficient Knowledge about TAX, VAT & Tax Return file Preparation.
- Necessary liaison with bank as and when required.
- Adequate knowledge on accounting methods and software (Tally, Excel & MS office)·
- Experience un prepacking monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements, yearend closing and different kind if financial reports.
- Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions and book keeping.·Reconcile bank statement and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain all necessary books if accounts for responsive business units as assigned such as Cash book, Bank book, Supplier ledger, customer ledger, fixed assets ledger, advance ledger, outgoing register, intercom pay ledger etc.
