Requirements
Education
- The candidate must possess a B.Com. or BBA degree in Accounting with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent to a second class/division, or demonstrate comparable academic credentials from a recognized university.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fisheries
Additional Requirements
- Age, academic credentials, and professional experience requirements may be waived for candidates demonstrating extraordinary qualifications and a proven record of excellence
- Diploma or short course on Computer literacy and training on Basic Excel will be given preference
- Must have operating knowledge in ERP or any other accounting Software
- Must be able to exhibit proficient fluency in ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Must have knowledge to execute payment receipt processing with precision
- Must have knowledge to generate invoices and cash memos accurately and efficiently
- Must be able to navigate interactions with a diverse clientele with ease
- Must be able to demonstrate resilience and composure under pressure
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare monthly and yearly accounts report timely and all type of bill voucher, daily cash, ledger and stock book properly
- Ensure daily sales and cash deposit to Bank and proper fund Management
- Prepare weekly cash and fund requisition and send it to head office
- Review and process payment documents as per organisation finance policies
- Ensure writing cheques and vouchers and disbursement timely to employees, partners and vendors
- Ensure Vat and Tax deduction from supplier bill and deposit to bank
- Prepare month wise reconciliation statement
- Ensure adjustment entry and frieze up debit and credit note properly
- Issue customer wise delivery challan, money receipt and gate pass
- Maintain the office, guest room, dining and other administrative work
- Involve with all type of product sales, deliver, product receive and date wise entry the stock book and update assets register properly
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
- Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
