Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Masters

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

• Preparing and maintaining petty cash book.
• Ensuring monthly casual labor attendance and payment.
• Ensuring cash receiving and payment voucher filing·
• Ensure the RM Unloading as per SOP and Production Plan.
• Maintain the expiry record of Premix and Medicines.
• Check the raw material stock in system and reconcile with physical stock.
• Hand over the RM to shift supervisor through RM consumption register note.
• Updating inventory data in ERP Software.
• Preparing reports on accounts and RM stock at different intervals.
