Requirements
Education
- BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university.
- Professional certification (CMA partly qualified)
Experience
- At least 1 year
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 32 years
- Minimum 1/2 years of experience in a relevant job role will be preferable.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare, update, and maintain product costing sheets for all products.
- Conduct product-wise profitability and cost analysis.
- Analyze raw material, packaging, labor, and overhead costs.
- Monitor production variances, wastage, and cost efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Prepare monthly costing reports and financial analysis reports.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities within manufacturing operations.
- Support the preparation and closing of monthly accounts.
- Perform voucher entry and maintain records in the accounting system.
- Verify and process field force TA/DA claims in accordance with company policy.
