Responsibilities & Context

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization’s premises, personnel, and assets. This role involves monitoring access, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, maintaining records, and supporting emergency preparedness. The officer also coordinates with contractors, enforces policies, and assists in staff supervision and training, contributing to a secure and compliant working environment.

• Responsible for access control and visitor management including maintaining accurate records of entry & exit procedures for employees, visitors and vehicles to prevent unauthorized entry into the factory.
• To monitor CCTV and conduct regular patrols and Identify and respond to suspicious behavior, incident or breaches.
• To Assist in the implementation of emergency response protocols and support evacuation procedures and coordinate with emergency services during incidents.
• To Ensure that all documents like (Update Logs, Incident report, Shift record and so on) complies with company policies and legal requirement.
• Oversee security procedures related to external contractors, vendors, staff supervision, security personal training, office equipment and monitor security system and suggest improvement as needed.
• Any other task assign by management.
