BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Alternate Banking Channels Division:

Officer/Associate Manager, Projects & Initiatives, Alternate Banking Channels

Grade: OG-I/OG-II/SO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to the execution of projects and initiatives within the ABC Division, working closely with project leads and team members
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of project-related information
• Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices
• Organize need-based training and project coordination meeting with relevant stakeholders
• Develop data collection tool for various projects and survey conducted across the bank
• Collect, clean, and analyze data relevant to assigned projects
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights
• Learn and utilize data analysis tools and techniques
• Collaborate effectively with various departments within the ABC Division and across the organization
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Acquire industry specific knowledge and conduct necessary research for various projects and initiatives
