Responsibilities & Context

1. Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries to build relationships and strengthen community connections.

2. Provide comprehensive information to ensure a positive experience for patients and donors, and gather valuable insights.

3. Obtain necessary information from internal sources to address critical clinical queries.

4. Encourage Facebook users to donate funds and blood, and to visit the Thalassemia Foundation Hospital.

5. Maintain regular communication with volunteers, manage volunteer databases, and coordinate volunteer events.

6. Conduct interviews with patients, blood donors, and fund donors, including video recording, directing, and editing.

7. Conduct patient interviews, record audio, and visuals, and create a draft for the final story.

8. Collaborate with the team to generate ideas for promoting content, increasing brand awareness, and organizing events.

9. Assist the team in organizing various events, such as blood donation camps and blood donor appreciation days.

10. Foster active engagement and interaction with our social media followers, fans, and subscribers, while maintaining targeted KPIs on a regular basis.

11. Serve patients and donors with a helpful attitude to significantly improve their satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.

12. Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.
