Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve assigned deposit business target and ensure proper deposit mix to achieve profitability target.
- Propose Area based/ Industry Based strategies for deposit business development.
- Directly interact with Area Heads, Branch Managers for driving Deposit Growth of Branches.
- Plan, organize, acquire the Deposit target to achieve the periodic target.
- Ensure weekly Deposit target and assist area Heads to follow up the progress of the same.
- To ensure daily sales target are done accurately and on timely basis.
- Communication with Business Finance Team for reports and prepare necessary analytical reports for Senior Management.
- Strengthen relationship with all relevant stakeholders.
- Capitalize on cross sell opportunities and organize sales promotion in different corporate organizations mainly multinational and local large companies.
