Requirements
Education
- Master of Social Science (MSS)
- MBA/M.Com in Finance, Accounts, Economics, or a related field with an excellent academic record from a recognized and reputable university.
- Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory
Additional Requirements
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
- Experience working with H&M buyers is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS applications.
Responsibilities & Context
- To conduct & process all kinds of L/C, BB L/C activities.
- Prepare import & local export documentation and submitted to bank.
- Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, and Transport agent.
- Payment follow-up with Bank /Buyer.
- Prepare & check LC/TT/FDD/Pay order proposed in Bank.
- Prepare and Issue COO from MCCI and COO/GSP/SAFTA from EPB.
- Bank to bank document endorsement (Non-Nego/Original).
- Preparing invoice, Packing list, B/L and shipping documents for local export.
- Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the top management.
