Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Credit Officer to join our Credit Recovery Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all credit requirements are met, documents are up-to-date, and submissions comply with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify credit applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure all credit documentation is submitted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct thorough credit checks and assessments to determine creditworthiness.
• Monitor and manage the credit recovery process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of overdue accounts.
• Communicate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and provide updates on their credit status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of credit applications and recoveries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of credit applications, assessments, and recovery activities.
• Generate reports on credit recovery performance and provide insights for process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to credit management and recovery.
