Responsibilities & Context

ACI Motors, one of the subsidiaries of ACI, is dealing with Automobile & Agri-machineries such as; Motorcycle, Tractor, Power Tiller, Harvester, Diesel Engine, Pump, and Heavy Construction Equipment.ACI Motors focuses on digital marketing and social media marketing to build close contact with its customers and stakeholders. This position will work closely with our after-sales service team and maintain different social media pages/platforms. For organizational profile visit http://www.acimotors-bd.com/

• Response to social media-based (i.e. Facebook, Youtube, etc.) customer queries.
• Collect market information and prepare the report according to the data.
• Make prompt communication to the service team for resolving any problem raised by customer/dealer/retailer through social media and online platforms for confirming customer support.
• Execute sales/service approach to customers through online platforms and social media as well as finalize sales/service confirmation.
• Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking data in the prescribed format.
• Manage digital marketing activities on events as required.
• Prepare and update online content and promotional materials.
• Track and prepare report on performances of online platforms.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor
