Additional Requirements

Attending to the pre-production meeting and discuss about the critical operations, machine layout, SMV, plan production, manpower allocation etc. with all related persons.
Ensure operation bulletin and re-engineering or balancing the bulletin for better productivity in sewing & finishing.
Work with the Planning & Merchandising dept. to get correct loading to the floor.
Follow-up daily productivity to ensure on-time shipment.
Plan layout of machines and line to get highest productivity by using IE tools/methods.
Follow-up machine balance of factory which reduce excess rented machine.
Measuring accurate factory efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity study, time & motion study, machine breakdown etc.
Requesting machines and attachment requirement well in advance based on scheduled production plan.
Help floor staff to do effective line layout according to Operation Bulletin and improve line balancing for smooth workflow.
Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
Find out bottleneck area and analysis and stick to the problem until settle and clear .Identify critical path, conducting capacity study, production study, method study to ensure smooth production flow.
Make the consumption report for thread/Piping/Twill tape etc.
Any other relevant task assigned by management.
