Requirements
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Transport Service
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-management employees
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees covering company processes and policies, job responsibilities, working conditions, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
- Assist in payroll processing, maintain daily attendance and leave records, and verify Trip Allowance bills to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Execute final settlements of employees and maintain all related documentation in accordance with labor laws.
- Draft official letters, office notices, and communications concerning disciplinary actions and measures, in line with labor laws and company policies, in coordination with the Head Office.
- Implement and monitor compliance requirements within the facility, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Liaise with government and regulatory bodies to ensure full legal compliance of the facility.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on transport workforce matters, including recruitment, attendance, performance, and compliance.
