- Responsible for employees welfare, leave management & other safety matters.
- Have to communicate with workers regarding entrance in time, starting work in time & issues of health and safety.
- Responsible for maintain employees personal file & updating & lefty letter issue.
- Responsible for daily absent counselling & report maintain.
- Responsible for ensuing new employee face punch.
- During Lunch hour, need to monitor worker’s lunch every day.
- Ensuring daily worker’s disciplined face punch while they are leaving factory.
- Ensure that every worker is getting Appointment letter, ID card, Hand book.
- Any other related task assigned by the management.
